Tony is a Vice President in the Capital Markets Group, focusing on ETF liquidity, product structure, and developing implementation strategies with SPDR’s Institutional and Intermediary clients.

Prior to joining State Street IM in 2021, Tony was an ETF market maker on the LMM and ETF customer desks at Virtu Financial, focused on ETF valuation and portfolio risk management.

Tony is one of the pioneers in ETF trading, making his start on the American Stock Exchange with Jane Street (then Bowery Capital). His career has provided him the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the ETF trading ecosystem across multiple asset classes which he leverages in his role at State Street IM.

Tony holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University, and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 63 licenses.
