Tom Regazzi is the Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Prime Brokerage at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., a testament to his progressive leadership in the financial industry. Joining Cantor in October 2021, Tom previously spearheaded the Prime Finance team at Citi. His career includes 7.5 years as Head of Quant HQ and Equity Finance at UBS and approximately two years as Head of Delta 1 Americas at Barclays. Earlier, he spent eight years at Lehman Brothers, where he led the US Delta 1 Trading Business. His deep understanding of the investment landscape is underscored by his long-standing relationships with senior clients. Tom holds a B.S. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and actively supports the Anita Hope Morse Foundation.
