PANEL: ETFs within Insurance Solutions

Tobi has been in the Investment Management industry since 1995. Tobi joined First Trust in November 2009 responsible for the business development of First Trust’s Insurance Advisory and Sub-Advisory business including customized indexes and customized volatility-controlled Indexes for the Fixed Indexed Annuity and Registered Index Linked Annuity businesses. Tobi worked for Lord Abbett from 2007 until October 2009. Previously before Lord Abbett Tobi was Senior Vice President and regional manager for Lazard Asset Management since 1999. Tobi has also held positions with GE Asset Management, Bankers Trust, and the Alger Fund. Tobi graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and was a Captain in the Field Artillery with the U.S. Army. Tobi and his wife, Kate, reside in Oradell, NJ and have two daughters, Grace (25) and Lily (19).
