PANEL: Unlocking Potential: The Future of Actively-Managed ETFs

Stephen is a Vice President and member of the Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) Team within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he primarily focuses on ETF Investment Strategy and Scaled Distribution. In this role, Stephen helps to guide the strategy to scale Goldman Sachs’ ETF platform through engagement with partners in the ETF ecosystem.

Stephen has also held responsibilities in ETF Capital Markets and Product Development. Prior to joining the ETF team, Stephen was a member of the Equity Derivatives Product Control team, where he worked closely with the Index Derivatives Trading Desk on option pricing and analysis.

Stephen joined Goldman Sachs in 2018. Stephen serves as president of the Board of Directors of the Brown One Foundation, treasurer of the Row New York Associate Board, and co- chair of The George Washington University Wall Street Finance Alliance Alumni Advisory Board. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
