Sean Sandys, Ph.D. is a technology professional with more than 20 years of experience pursuing innovation in economics, computing, and data models. Sandys is presently the Chief Innovation Officer at Syntax Data, where he has overseen the creation and launch of numerous SasS products, including Syntax DirectSM. Prior to joining Syntax Data, Sandys held roles with IBM and Microsoft.

In addition to his professional roles, Sandys has contributed to the field of technology through numerous inventions and patents, including ones that dictate Syntax Data’s proprietary classification system, FIS®.
