PANEL: Shaping the Future of Indexing

Ryan Giannotto, CFA joined LSEG as Manager of Equity Index Research in August 2021. He concentrates on the development of new index strategies that capitalize on factor premia to deliver superior risk adjusted returns, with a particular emphasis on the ETF market.

Previously he worked at numerous hedge funds and asset managers, including Tudor Investment Corporation, where he adapted active, human discretion strategies into indexed methodologies. His insights and research have been featured on CNBC, the CFA Institute, the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, U.S. News & World Report and CNN Money.

In 2014 he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College Honors Program in 3 academic years with degrees in Economics and Philosophy. He obtained a CFA Charter in 2019.
