Robert has spent the majority of his career focused on leveraging regulatory and technology infrastructure to drive efficiencies in the private markets. Robert began his career in the online brokerage space as a broker/financial advisor focused on public securities. Seeing the growth and scale occurring in alternative investments, he pivoted to the private markets to be at the forefront of a growing industry. Since joining Templum in 2018, his expertise in financial markets has helped drive strategy across business development and broker dealer initiatives. Robert was instrumental in launching Templum One – building relationships with industry leading asset managers, launching the industry’s first continuous trading marketplace for non-listed securities, enabling direct-to-consumer investment functionality at a major online brokerage firm, and continues to drive innovation within the space. He has a finance degree from the University of Maryland and holds his Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 designations.
