Rich Lee is the Head of Program/ETF Trading and Execution Strategy at Baird. In his role, he is responsible for the strategy, sales and delivery of execution services to Institutional clients. With more than 20 years in the financial markets, Rich has a broad range of experience, coupled with a focus on electronic, risk and global program trading.

Rich began his career at Instinet, where he led the Electronic Desk. Prior to joining Baird, he was responsible for trading Index/ETF rebalances and managing the risk book at Deutsche Bank.
