Rachael Camargo, CFA is a Senior Index Sales Executive at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), which operates the world’s largest stock exchange and is a leader in fixed income and data services with over $2T in AUM benchmarked to ICE Indices. She drives growth by cultivating strategic relationships with the world's leading asset managers, wealth management firms, ETF providers, banks, and sell-side institutions — connecting clients to best-in-class index solutions.

Prior to joining ICE, Rachael was an Executive Director, Global Index Product team at MSCI. She served as a Bloomberg MSCI steering committee member. Previously, Rachael was a Senior Vice President at HSBC Private Bank. Citywire recognized her in the “Top 30: The First 15 Offshore Gatekeepers and Power Players Revealed” for chairing the mutual fund committee and leading new offerings with 250+ funds across over two dozen fund families. Earlier, she was a client portfolio manager across multi-asset, fixed income, equities, and alternatives at Voya Investment Management. There, she was embedded within several investment committees alongside Chief Investment Officers and portfolio managers. Rachael graduated with an MBA from New York University and a BFA summa cum laude from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a CFA charterholder.
