PANEL: ETF Share Class: The Future of Fund Structuring?

Paul DeSalvo is responsible for leading ETF business development & solution efforts within J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank focusing on Securities Services. A consultative ETF specialist who works with participants throughout the ETF ecosystem to design and implement the necessary operating models to manage and launch an ETF.

He is also a senior client executive in the asset manager segment. In this role, he works with some of the largest global asset management clients to deliver strategic solutions across the securities services franchise. Paul is responsible for overall client experience and works in partnership with clients and internal teams to ensure J.P. Morgan consistently meets and exceeds the expected standards.

Paul has been with J.P. Morgan since 2007. Prior to these roles he’s held various positions across Asset Management, Risk Management and Corporate Strategy.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University in New York.
