Morgan Downey is an Executive Director in the Futures and OTC Clearing Sales Team at Marex, based in New York. Previously, Morgan was most recently a Managing Director at Macquarie, serving as Head of Electronic Trading and FCM Management Team member for the Americas. Before that, Morgan spent seven years at Societe Generale in senior leadership positions, including Head of Exchange Traded Derivatives for the Americas, overseeing the agency sales and trading desk for global futures and options. Morgan’s earlier career experience includes agency execution roles and futures sales positions at Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan.

Prior to joining Direxion, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Calamos Investments, where she directed the firm’s global marketing strategy. Jessica has also held senior marketing leadership positions at firms such as Invesco, OppenheimerFunds, New York Life, CION, and AllianceBernstein.

She earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth University and holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses. Jessica is recognized for building global brands with creativity and strategic insight while championing educational initiatives that connect investors with complex financial solutions.
