Matt Collins, CFA, is a vice president and Head of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) for PGIM Investments.

Experience. Matt has more than 16 years of ETF experience and joined PGIM Investments in 2018. He started his career at Vanguard, where he was responsible for the development, launch, and positioning of Vanguard’s ETF line-up. Prior to joining PGIM, he worked for Aberdeen Standard (Formerly ETF Securities US), where he oversaw product strategy and capital markets.

Education. Matt holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the series 7 and 63 registrations as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
