Lance McGray is Managing Director and Head of ETF Product at Advisors Asset Management, Inc. (AAM). Mr. McGray has spent the majority of his 15 year professional career creating and managing exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Over his career he has successfully launched over 50 ETFs with 3 different ETF sponsors. In his current role as Managing Director and Head of ETF Product at AAM, he is responsible for the creation and execution of AAM’s ETF business.

Prior to joining AAM, Mr. McGray was Vice President at Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management serving as a Portfolio Manager for the Deutsche X-trackers and PowerShares DB Commodity ETF suites. Prior to Deutsche Bank he was Vice President of Trading and Product Development at Rafferty Asset Management, the investment advisor to the Direxion ETF and mutual fund offerings.

Mr. McGray graduated cum laude from Iona College, Hagan School of Business, earning a BBA in Finance, an Advanced Certificate in International Business and an MBA in Financial Management. He holds the Series 3, 7, 24 and 63 FINRA licenses and currently resides in Southport, Connecticut with his wife Sarah and their 3 children, Parker, Brynn and Willa.
