Kevin Rich has been working as a consultant since 2016 focusing on the ETF space; mostly around commodities / gold, but also on alternative (options and futures based) ETFs. Most recently Kevin consulted (through Rich Investment Solutions) with London based FinTech firm Invstr Ltd to set up their US based broker dealer and investment adviser, and with the World Gold Council to add JP Morgan as a second custodian to GLD (the largest gold ETF in the world).

From 2003 to 2009 Kevin worked at Deutsche Bank AG where he created DB Commodity Services LLC, and as CEO / Managing Director developed and launched the first futures backed commodity ETF in the U.S. in February of 2006, winning the William F. Sharpe award for the Most Innovative Index Fund or ETF. While at DB Kevin and his team listed 30 ETFs and ETNs (Exchange Traded Notes) backed by exchange traded commodities and currencies futures peaking at $16bn in assets.

Kevin currently holds securities licenses Series 7, 24, 63. He previously held his Series 3 and was SFA Registered in London.

Prior to rejoining Dechert in 2014, she was employed as counsel at a large investment management firm.
