LATEST PANEL: Liquidity Under the Microscope

Joyce Rosely is a senior financial services executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across asset management, sales, and trading. She is currently a Senior Relationship Manager at MarketAxess, where she leads the RFQ-Hub sales initiative, overseeing strategy, client engagement, and platform growth since joining the firm in August 2023.

Prior to MarketAxess, Joyce was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Institutional Sales and Distribution at Strive Asset Management, where she played a key role in building and scaling the firm’s ETF institutional business. She previously served as Head of Asset Management and Hedge Fund Sales for U.S. ETF SPDRs at State Street Global Advisors, leading national sales efforts, managing senior client relationships, and driving growth across one of the industry’s largest ETF platforms.

Joyce has also held Managing Director roles at Tradeweb and Convergex, where she led ETF and Program trading sales teams and strategic initiatives at the intersection of market structure and electronic trading. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at CIBC Capital Markets, including Executive Director and Head of Global Portfolio Sales and Execution, as well as Director roles at Deutsche Bank.

She began her career at Goldman Sachs, spending 14 years in progressively senior leadership roles across sales, trading, and electronic execution services, establishing a strong foundation in markets, technology-driven innovation, and client-centric leadership.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Joyce resides in New Jersey with her husband Brett and their two daughters.
