Paul joined Indxx in 2024 as the Chief Revenue Officer. He focuses on business development and transformation and directs global sales efforts. Although this is a new role at Indxx, Paul has a longstanding relationship with the company, having played a key role in developing its first indexes during his time at his previous firm, Indxis.

He is recognized for his expertise in capital markets, innovative financial product development, exchange-traded products (ETPs), financial indexing, and digital asset advocacy. Additionally, Paul has founded or managed several companies in the financial services sector, including Global Index Group Inc., Indxis Inc. (which was acquired by NASDAQ), and Mergent Inc. (which was acquired by the London Stock Exchange/FTSE)
