Hans currently serves as Head of ETF Distribution at Calamos Investments, a leading convertible securities manager that began operations in the 1970s. Since launching multiple ETF suites less than two years ago, Calamos’ ETF franchise currently has over $1B AUM, spanning Capital Protection Equity, Capital Protection Bitcoin, and Structured Note Index offerings. Prior to joining Calamos in December 2024, Hans spent several years with Goldman Sachs in ETF product and business development, where he helped create and distribute option premium income ETF solutions for the firm.
