Erica is the Head of Broker Dealer Sales within the ETF Capital Markets Group at State Street Investment Management, based in New York. In this role, she leads SSIM’s ETF Business Development sales initiatives within hedging, inventory management, and structured notes.

Prior to joining SSIM, Erica spent the first 8 years of her career on the wealth side of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focused on ETF implementation. She then moved over to the Program Trading desk to focus on ETF Sales, specifically within the RIA community. Most recently, Erica was a Director at Tradeweb, where she helped launch and grow their ETF RFQ offering, focused on the buy-side. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 55 and 63 licenses.
