Dom is an ETF capital markets specialists guiding issuers through the launch process across product development, portfolio construction, portfolio management, and secondary market trading considerations. Prior to joining SEI, he was a co-founder and CIO of Sound Capital Solutions, a white-label ETF advisory firm. At Sound, Dom was a listed portfolio manager for a passive, equity product while managing the regulatory framework bringing a variety of products to market. Dom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and FINRA-licenses with Series 7, 24, and 66 certifications. He is also a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
