Conor Platt is the Founder and CEO of Confluence Analytics, a fintech firm that creates actionable signals from ESG/Carbon data. His work aims to reshape the landscape of sustainable investing through advanced technology, empowering investors to achieve both financial returns and meaningful impact. Confluence Analytics launched the first ESG DeFi pool in 2020 and they continue to pursue the intersection of markets that can benefit returns and impact.

Holding a BS in Finance with Honors and an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, Conor began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley and then Brown Brothers Harriman in the Portfolio Strategy Group. He co-founded Etho Capital, a 2017 FAST Innovative Company, dedicated to sustainability-focused investment management, which launched ETHO ETF and outperformed the markets during his time as CEO.

Conor serves on the Board & Heads the Investment Committee of WQED Pittsburgh, the first community-sponsored television station in the United States.
