PANEL: Navigating the ETF Legal & Compliance Landscape

Chris Lanza is a Partner and Co-Head of ACA Foreside at ACA Group, where he oversees the firm’s Distributor Services business. Prior to his current role Chris was the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Product and led the firm into servicing ETFs 18 years ago. Prior to joining ACA Foreside Chris held senior roles at other top financial institutions including Citigroup Asia, AGF Management, PWC, Charles Schwab Investment Management and Union Bank of California.

With over 30 years of experience in the Asset Management industry Chris has broad management experience in several disciplines including Product Management, Operations, Compliance and IT. His industry product expertise includes servicing included exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, closed-end funds and alternative funds.

Chris holds a BS degree from Northeastern University and FINRA Series 7.
