Bryan Moore is Head of Capital Markets at Baron Capital. He joined the Firm in 2026. Previously, he worked at Harbor Capital Advisors as Head of ETF Trading and Capital Markets. Prior to that, he was Director of Capital Markets at WisdomTree Asset Management. He also held roles as Director of ETF Trading at Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets, Director of U.S. Equities at Mizuho, Vice President on the Institutional ETF and Swap Desk at Morgan Stanley, and Vice President at Citigroup. Bryan began his career as an ETF and Index Arbitrage Trader at Jump Trading. In addition to his financial industry experience, he served as a Nuclear and Biological Warfare Noncommissioned Officer in the U.S. Army. He graduated from DePaul University with a BA in Public Policy.
