Bryan Bondoc is a Managing Director at VegaShares. He leads product education and institutional advisory engagement. With nearly two decades of experience across sales and product development, Bryan brings a unique approach in connecting with advisors and investors on investment strategies.

Bryan has operated both inside the wealth management network and from the bank-dealer space. Prior to joining Vega, Bryan served as Director and Head of Broker Dealer Distribution at UBS. He held similar roles at BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley in structured products sales. He started his career at Raymond James, servicing advisors and clients within the independent broker-dealer network.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business Indianapolis.
