PANEL: ACTIVELY MANAGED EXCHANGE-TRADED FUNDS

Bruce is a Managing Director at State Street Global Advisors and serves as the Head of Americas ETF Capital Markets. In this role, Bruce is responsible for defining and leading the strategic direction of our ETF Capital Markets business in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. More specifically, he and team seek to create an efficient and robust ETF ecosystem to promote and support ETF liquidity in partnership with the broker dealer, market making, exchange and regulatory community. In addition, Bruce is a member of the State Street Global Advisors Senior Leadership Team.

Prior to this role, Bruce held several positions within ETF Capital Markets across its markets oversight and business development functions leading strategy and revenue generation with the broker dealer community.

Prior to joining SSGA, Bruce worked at Knight Capital Group as an electronic and institutional market maker responsible for pricing, market making and risk management of multi-asset class ETFs. He also worked at DRW Trading Group as an ETF market maker and portfolio manager with a focus on international ETFs.

Bruce earned a BA in Psychology from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. He is currently an avid In addition, Bruce is a CFA Institute Charterholder and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA). Furthermore, he holds the FINRA series 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses.
