LATEST PANEL: Distribution in the ETF Era: Getting on the Radar

Bill Arnold is Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution at Tidal Financial Group, where he leads the ETF Strategy team. In this role, he partners with large asset managers to bring their ETF ideas to market through Tidal’s premier ETF platform. Before joining Tidal, Bill served as ETF Director at SEI, where he supported multiple firms in successfully launching ETFs. Prior to SEI, he spent 23 years at Vanguard, holding various senior roles within the ETF business. Most recently, he served as a Senior ETF Specialist, responsible for shaping and executing ETF sales strategy in collaboration with regional leadership across Vanguard’s international operations. Earlier in his career at Vanguard, Bill was a Senior ETF Capital Markets Specialist, building and maintaining relationships with exchanges, market makers, and trading platforms. He also played a central role in the launch of numerous U.S.-listed equity and fixed income ETFs, supporting sales teams as a subject matter expert.

Bill holds an MBA from Villanova School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
